Meet President - Bill Roorback
  

Bill is the founder of Excel Mortgage, which he formed in 1990. After originating mortgages for another mortgage company for five years, he decided his goal was to grow his own mortgage business and set his own standards for customer satisfaction.

Bill grew up in Western Pennsylvania and resides in the town of Patterson Heights with his wife and two children.

  





Bill has been a licensed mortgage broker since 1990. His professional experience includes all aspects of residential mortgage lending.

He says: “I really enjoy how it feels to take an active role in finding solutions to our customer’s financial needs.”

Bill earned a degree in business with a major in marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1982. He has held many homebuyer’s seminars and teaches continuing education courses for realtors.

He is a member of the PAMB (Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers), BCAR (Beaver County Association of Realtors) and the Greater Pittsburgh Realtor’s Association.
